On May 29, we will change the rates for showing display ads
The minimum rate will depend on the display location of your ad. Check the details.
We settle display ads in the CPM-based model. That means we set the default minimum cost for displaying ads, and you set the maximum amount you can pay for 1,000 impressions of your ad.
How it works now
9 PLN is the minimum cost for displaying display ads. It is the same for every location we display your ad in.
What we will change
From May 29, the minimum rate will depend on the display location of the ad:
- on the Allegro home page — 12 PLN
- at the top and bottom of the search results page and on the offer page — 11 PLN
- on the left-hand side of the search results on the offer list — 11 PLN
- in the search suggestions — 9 PLN.
What it means for you
Set the maximum rate for displaying ads higher than the new minimum CPM rates.
If, on May 29, the maximum CPM rates in your active ad groups are lower than the new minimum rates — we will increase them to the new minimum CPM rates. The rates will apply until the end of your ads' duration — unless you change them yourself. Thanks to that, we will display your ad in all the selected display locations.
After May 29, you can:
- disable ad groups
- lower their CPM rate — then, we will only display your ads in the locations where the CPM rate is higher than the minimum amount.
