On March 10, we will start introducing changes to the Size parameter
Thanks to those changes, we will organize the values available within the Size parameter.
In previous months, we removed some values from the Size parameter in selected categories. On March 10, we will introduce further changes to that parameter.
What we will do
Changes from March 10
We will start removing the following from the Size parameter in more categories:
- values that do not match the assortment of a given subcategory — for example, size 1 in Footwear — Training or size 52A in Basketball — Sweatshirts
- range values, such as 104–110. We will replace such values with single ones — for example, 104 instead of 104–110 in the Travel — Clothing — Jackets subcategory
- values: nonstandard, other, smaller than, bigger than.
In the following categories:
- Sports and Travel — Water Sports — Sailing — Clothing — Hats
- Sports and Travel — Running — Compression Armbands, Arm Sleeves and Leg Sleeves
- Sports and Travel — Running — Clothing — Infinity Scarves, Shawls, Bandanas
we will replace the nonstandard value with other.
Apart from that:
- we will change how we display certain values — for example, we will change XXXL to 3XL
- we will start introducing changes to the Soccer — Footwear — Shoe Insoles subcategory: in the Size parameter, you will only be able to specify numerical values, with the option to enter a range from to.
Changes from May 12
In the Fashion — Clothing, Footwear, Accessories — Haberdashery and Accessories — Belts subcategory, the current Length without buckle (cm) parameter will be replaced by the Size parameter — you will no longer be able to enter a numerical value there.

In this file, you can find the list of the subcategories and the new available values of the Size parameter.
The Size parameter is obligatory — complete it in your offers as soon as possible. You can do it in the Add Parameters tab.
Until you do that, you will not be able to relist offers or save changes in them. We will also not relist them automatically.

Why we are doing it
By introducing those changes, we will organize the values available within the Size parameter and standardize the sizes in the Fashion and Sport categories. It will be easier for buyers to look up offers with the size they are searching for. If you provide the correct value in the Size parameter, you will increase the chances of your offers reaching the customers.
