Completing parameters makes the information in your offers more useful for buyers. If a given parameter does not have the value you need, ask us to add it. Now it is even easier to do!
If you want us to add new values to the following parameters:
- Brand/Manufacturer
- Model
you can now use a special form. This way, your request will reach the right person immediately and be handled more quickly.
How to request a change
- Go to the Report a missing parameter value tab.
- Fill in the form. Complete:
- category — you can add up to 10 in one request
- parameter
- missing value — for example, the name of the brand
- link confirming that the value exists — for example, to the manufacturer's website
- attachments — for example, photos of the product with the brand or model visible.
- Click [submit].
Done! We will review your request and let you know about our decision by email.
