How to register on Allegro

If you want to be an active user of Allegro, register in a few steps. It is free of charge.

How to register with an email

1. Open the registration page. Choose whether you want to hold a regular account or a business account for purchases.
2. Enter your email address and create a password.
3. Determine whether you are over 18 years old. If not, provide your exact date of birth. You will hold a Junior account which will be transformed into a regular account once you turn 18.
4. Confirm that you accept our Terms & Conditions.
5. You can agree to receiving information regarding discount codes, special offers, and other marketing materials. It is not obligatory, however, it is an important part of the registration process.
6. Click [register an account].
7. You will receive a confirmation email. Open your mailbox and click [potwierdź rejestrację] (confirm registration) to complete the registration process.
8. Once you complete the registration, we will redirect you to your new Allegro account.
9. Done! We will give you a default username ― you can change it in the Account details tab.

How to register with Google or Facebook account

1. Open the sign in page.
2. Select signing in through Facebook or Google.
3. Sign in to your Facebook or Google account. Then, we will automatically redirect you to the registration page.
4. Determine whether you are over 18 years old. If not, provide your exact date of birth. You will hold a Junior account which will be transformed into a regular account once you turn 18.
5. Confirm that you accept our Terms & Conditions.
6. You can agree to receiving information regarding discount codes, special offers, and other marketing materials. It is not obligatory, however, it is an important part of the registration process.
7. Click [register an account].
8. Done! We will give you a default username ― you can change it in the Account details tab.

What if you have problems with the registration

If you experience problems with confirming or finishing the registration, check if it is not caused by one of the following reasons:

• 24 hours have passed between submitting the registration form and confirming the registration. We remove the unconfirmed registration data from our database after 24 hours. If this is what happened ― register again.

• You have provided an incorrect email address at registration (for example, with a typo). In this case, the message with a confirmation URL you need to open to finish the registration cannot reach you. If this is what happened ― register again.

What Client:123456789 is

At email confirmation, every new Allegro client automatically gets a username in the form of Client:123456789, where 123456789 stands for a unique user number (ID).

You can use the automatically assigned username wherever you need to enter your login (for example, on the login page) until you choose your own username. We do not require creating your own username if you do not want to.

You can set your own username at any time. Open the Account details tab to do it. When you create your own username, you will no longer be able to sign in with Client:123456789.
