Do you plan to dispatch orders on the last weekend before Christmas? Complete the form by November 20
On the last weekend before the holidays, we will display information about delivery before Christmas only in offers with same-day dispatch time. We will do it only in the offers of sellers who have completed the dedicated form.
As announced, we will display information about delivery before Christmas for as long as possible. However, we will introduce some restrictions to limit the number of parcels that will not reach buyers according to the estimated delivery time displayed at the time of purchase.
What we will change about the estimated delivery time before Christmas
- After December 17, we will show information about delivery before Christmas only in offers where we display same-day dispatch time.
On the weekend of December 21 and 22, we will display information about delivery before Christmas only in offers:
- with the same-day dispatch time for at least one of the following carriers: Allegro One Courier, DPD, DHL, InPost, ORLEN, or UPS
- of sellers who will dispatch orders on those days and will declare it in the form (available in Polish).
The estimated delivery time is affected by both your shipping efficiency and the timeliness of the carriers. If there are delays in fulfilling orders on your or the carrier's part — the estimated delivery time may be longer. In that case, we might stop displaying information about delivery before Christmas in your offers sooner than announced.
What it means for you
If you plan to dispatch orders on the last weekend before Christmas — complete the form (available in Polish). You can do it until November 20. After that day, the form will not be available.
