Delivery products transported on pallets with DHL Parcel
The Allegro DHL Palety delivery option will allow you to fulfill large Orders , with a maximum pallet weight of up to 1,000 kg. Learn more.
Allegro DHL Palety is a delivery method for products transported on pallets, which we implement in cooperation with DHL Parcel. The method is available with two payment options: in advance and on delivery. You can share it if you have Business Account and sign an agreement with the DHL Parcel carrier on the terms we negotiated.
Deliveries with DHL Parcel will allow you to fulfill large Orders - as part of cooperation with Allegro, DHL Parcel offers deliveries of palletized products with a maximum pallet weight of up to 1,000 kg.

How to use the service
If you want to start using the Allegro DHL Palety method, contact DHL Parcel - regardless of whether you already have your own contract with DHL Parcel or not.
- Go to DHL Parcel website and click [order offer].
- Complete and submit the form.
DHL Parcel will send the full offer to the e-mail address you provided in the form.
Acceptance Offers is tantamount to signing a contract with DHL Parcel.
After signing the contract, you will receive an e-mail from DHL with access data to the DHL24 shipping tool - then you can start sending parcels. Under this method, you can send 1 pallet for 1 Orders .
How to make the Allegro DHL Palety method available in your offers
You can do this in 2 ways:

- in the listing form.
Billing model
The Allegro DHL Pallets method is settled using the Allegro Mix method . In the case of these methods, you benefit from attractive rates negotiated by Allegro, but you settle accounts with the carrier yourself.
How much will you pay for shipping
As part of the Allegro DHL Palety method, we offer you the transport of goods on pallets.
Types of pallets:
- PPA -- half-pallet with maximum dimensions: length 80 cm x width 60 cm x height 160 cm (including the goods on the pallet) and maximum weight of the goods together with the pallet up to 200 kg
- PA -- pallet with dimensions of an EUR pallet: maximum dimensions: length 120 cm x width 80 cm x height 210 cm (including the goods on the pallet) and maximum weight of the goods including the pallet up to 1000 kg.
The total height of the pallet with the goods consists of the height of the pallet and the height of the goods.
The prices and parameters of products transported on pallets are settled according to the type of pallet and the weight of the load together with the pallet . We have already included fuel and road surcharges in the prices in the table below.

When estimating the delivery cost, we take into account:
- Dimensional weight of the pallet - is related to the size of the package and calculated according to the formula: [pallet length in cm x pallet width in cm x pallet height in cm / 4,000]. The dimensions are taken into account together with the goods on the pallet.
- The actual weight of the pallet - the one you see after placing it on the scale.
The maximum actual weight and dimensional weight of a single pallet cannot exceed 1,000 kg.
The basic cost of delivering a single pallet is always determined according to the higher parameter. If actual weight of the pallet is lower than the dimensional weight, we will use the dimensional weight to determine the basic cost of delivery of a single pallet.
When we treat a PPA half pallet as a PA pallet
We treat a PPA half-pallet as a PA pallet in two cases:
- if the length or width of the PPA half-pallet exceeds the above-mentioned maximum dimensions of the half-pallet base (80 cm x 60 cm including the goods on the pallet) and at the same time the maximum dimensions of the PA pallet base are not exceeded - 120 by 80 cm or,
- if it exceeds the maximum actual or dimensional weight of a half-pallet (200 kg including the goods on the pallet) and at the same time the maximum dimensions of the PA pallet base are not exceeded - 120 by 80 cm.
delivery cost of such a PPA half-pallet is determined according to the prices for PA pallets.
Example 1
- actual weight of the pallet including the goods on the pallet is 120 kg.
- The dimensions of the PPA half-pallet are 80 cm x 60 cm x 15 cm.
- The dimensions of the product on the pallet are 50 cm x 30 cm x 90 cm. The height of the pallet with the product is 105 cm (pallet height: 15 cm + product height: 90 cm). product fits on a PPA half-pallet with base dimensions of 80 cm x 60 cm and does not exceed a maximum height of 160 cm.
- We calculate the overall weight of the pallet as follows = 80 cm x 60 cm x 105 cm / 4,000 = 504,000 cm³ / 4,000 = 126 kg.
- To calculate the price, we take into account the higher weight, i.e. in this case the dimensional weight.
- We will bill the shipment as a half-pallet of PPA weighing up to 200 kg - you will pay PLN 101 net for it.
Example 2
- actual weight of the pallet with the goods on the pallet is 220 kg.
- The dimensions of the PPA half-pallet are 80 cm x 60 cm x 15 cm.
- The dimensions of the product on the pallet are 50 cm x 30 cm x 90 cm. The height of the pallet with the product is 105 cm (pallet height: 15 cm + product height: 90 cm). product fits on a PPA half-pallet with base dimensions of 80 cm x 60 cm and does not exceed a maximum height of 160 cm.
- We calculate the overall weight of the pallet as follows = 80 cm x 60 cm x 105 cm / 4,000 = 504,000 cm³ / 4,000 = 126 kg.
- To calculate the price, we take into account the higher weight, i.e. in this case the actual weight.
- We will bill the shipment as a PA pallet weighing up to 400 kg - you will pay PLN 136 net for it.
Example 3
- actual weight of the pallet including the goods on the pallet is 390 kg.
- The dimensions of the PA pallet are 120 cm x 80 cm x 15 cm.
- The dimensions of the product on the pallet are 110 cm x 70 cm x 155 cm. The height of the pallet with the product is 170 cm (pallet height: 15 cm + product height: 155 cm). product fits on a PA pallet with base dimensions of 120 cm x 80 cm and does not exceed a maximum height of 210 cm.
- We calculate the overall weight of the pallet as follows = 120 cm x 80 cm x 170 cm / 4,000 = 1,632,000 cm³ / 4,000 = 408 kg.
- To calculate the price, we take into account the higher weight, i.e. in this case the dimensional weight.
- We will bill the shipment as a PA pallet weighing up to 600 kg - you will pay PLN 156 net for it.
Example 4
- actual weight of the pallet with the goods on the pallet is 140 kg.
- The dimensions of the PPA half-pallet are 80 cm x 60 cm x 15 cm.
- The dimensions of the product on the pallet are 90 cm x 30 cm x 90 cm.
- product was placed on a PPA half-pallet with base dimensions of 80 cm x 60 cm, which means it protrudes beyond its outline. The height of the pallet with the product is 105 cm (pallet height: 15 cm + product height: 90 cm).
- We calculate the overall weight of the pallet as follows = 80 cm x 60 cm x 105 cm / 4,000 = 504,000 cm³ / 4,000 = 126 kg.
- To calculate the price, we take into account the higher weight, i.e. in this case the actual weight.
- We will bill the shipment as a PA pallet weighing up to 200 kg - you will pay a basic fee of PLN 101 net according to the table of basic fees.
When we treat a palette as a custom palette
This happens if goods on it exceed the outline of the base, which has a maximum length of 120 cm and a maximum width of 80 cm.
In the case of non-standard pallets, the sum of the lengths of all sides of the pallet (length, width , height), including the goods on the pallet, cannot exceed 6 m. The maximum actual weight of a single pallet cannot exceed 1000 kg. We charge an additional fee for shipping a non-standard pallet (in addition to the basic price). When estimating the delivery cost of a non-standard pallet, we take into account the overall weight.
When DHL Parcel determines delivery cost individually
DHL Parcel applies a special procedure when:
- the sum of the lengths of all sides of the pallet (length, width , height), including the goods on the pallet, is greater than 6 m or,
- actual weight of the pallet is greater than 1,000 kg.
The cost of such delivery or return of the pallet is each time agreed individually with DHL Parcel.

- actual weight of the pallet including the goods on the pallet is 190 kg.
- The dimensions of the PPA half-pallet are 120 cm x 80 cm x 15 cm.
- The dimensions of the product on the pallet are 135 cm x 60 cm x 100 cm.
- product was placed on a PA pallet with base dimensions of 120 cm x 80 cm, which means it protrudes beyond its outline. The height of the pallet with the product is 115 cm (pallet height: 15 cm + product height: 100 cm).
- We calculate the overall weight of the pallet as follows = 80 cm x 120 cm x 115 cm / 4,000 = 1,104,000 cm³ / 4,000 = 276 kg.
- To calculate the price, we take into account the higher weight, i.e. in this case the dimensional weight.
- We will bill the shipment as a PA pallet weighing up to 400 kg. You will pay PLN 261 for it: a basic fee of PLN 136 net according to the table of basic fees and an additional fee of PLN 125 for a non-standard pallet.
Two attempts to deliver the parcel
DHL Parcel makes a maximum of two attempts to deliver the parcel to the buyer. We include the first and second delivery attempts in our basic prices and do not require an additional fee.
