Allegro DPD Pickup and Allegro DPD Parcel Lockers with dispatch from Poland to Hungary
The Allegro DPD delivery options with dispatch from Poland to Hungary will help you reach more customers outside Poland. You can use them if you hold a business account.
How to enable those delivery options in your offers
You can enable the Allegro DPD — dispatch from Poland to Hungary delivery options in your offers on allegro.pl and allegro.hu. They will not be visible to buyers in other marketplaces.
Select Dispatch from: [Poland] from the drop-down list, and the to Hungary option in your shipping price lists in Delivery Settings. Select the appropriate delivery options in the Settlements with Allegro section.
Check how to set the same-day dispatch time.
In the shipping price lists, there is a field where you need to provide delivery prices in HUF for buyers on allegro.hu — even if you sell only on allegro.pl. This field cannot be left empty.
Buyers on allegro.pl will see the price in PLN, and buyers on allegro.hu — in HUF (if you share your offers there).
If you withdraw from sharing your offers in the foreign marketplace, we will not display this price to your buyers.
How to dispatch parcels
You can dispatch parcels only through our free tool — Ship with Allegro — or through integrating external tools (for example, Baselinker) with the Ship with Allegro API.
You will dispatch parcels just as you would using other delivery options. Check how to do that.
The price of every parcel includes insurance up to 1,000 PLN. Declare the insurance amount while dispatching the parcel.
You can hand the parcels over:
- during the courier pick-up — the courier will collect the parcel from the address you provided in the Ship with Allegro dispatch form. We make this option available within the basic service — which means it is free of charge.
- in the DPD Pickup parcel dispatch points.
Maximum parcel dimensions and weight
Maximum dimensions:

- length of the longest side of the parcel — 100 cm
- maximum dimensions (2x width + 2x length + height) — 250 cm
Allegro DPD Parcel Lockers Hungary
- 68 cm x 44 cm x 57 cm
The maximum parcel weight (actual and dimensional) for each delivery option — 20 kg.
The parcel weight is calculated according to its actual or dimensional weight. We use the higher value to calculate the price.
We calculate the dimensional weight with the following formula: [height (cm) x length (cm) x width (cm)] / 5,000.
There are surcharges for parcels over 10 kg (actual or dimensional weight) set in the price list.
If your parcel is bigger or heavier than what you have declared during dispatch and exceeds the maximum dimensions and weight ― we will charge you an additional fee, and send the parcel back to you.
Settlement model
You will settle these delivery options within Allegro Standard. That means you do not need to conclude an agreement with the carrier — you settle directly with us within your monthly invoice.
We add delivery costs to Settlements with Allegro on your account.
How much you will pay for parcels
You can add those delivery options to your offers on allegro.pl and allegro.hu. Depending on the marketplace you sell in, you will settle parcel deliveries in PLN or HUF.

Returns
If the customer does not collect the parcel, and it is returned to you, for each such return you will pay:
- 18.99 PLN — for purchases made on allegro.pl
- 1,400 HUF — for purchases made on allegro.hu.
In addition to the fixed fee, we will also charge the appropriate additional service fee according to the price list.
We cover the costs of returning parcels uncollected by the buyers. If the customer does not collect the order made on allegro.hu and the parcel is returned to you, you will pay only a symbolic amount for each such return — 90 HUF, which equals 1 PLN.

Complaints
You can file a complaint in two ways:
- with the carrier by yourself ― if the parcel was damaged or lost
- through Allegro — if the complaint concerns delivery fees, additional service fees, damage, or loss of the parcel.
If you file a complaint and the fees turn out to be improperly charged — the carrier sends us a correction we will later add to your account. If the complaint is related to damage or loss of a parcel, and you file it without Allegro's involvement, the correction will go directly to the bank account number you have specified.
