Tak jak informowaliśmy, 13 grudnia 2024 roku zacznie obowiązywać Unijne Rozporządzenie o ogólnym bezpieczeństwie produktów (General Product Safety Regulation, GPSR). Przygotowujemy Allegro na zmiany w prawie i oznaczyliśmy już jako obowiązkowe parametry w niektórych kategoriach.
Zgodnie z rozporządzeniem, obowiązkowo będziesz podawać więcej danych o produkcie, który sprzedajesz. Sprawdź, co to dla Ciebie oznacza.
Jakie dane będą wymagane od 13 grudnia
Zgodnie z rozporządzeniem GPSR, obowiązkowe będą:
- dane producentów
- parametry, które identyfikują produkt
- ostrzeżenia oraz informacje dotyczące bezpieczeństwa – możesz je dodawać do swoich ofert już teraz
- dane osoby odpowiedzialnej za wprowadzenie produktu na rynek europejski – tylko jeśli producent nie ma siedziby w Unii Europejskiej. Tę informację możesz dodawać do swoich ofert już teraz.
Jak uzupełnisz te dane
Udostępniamy Ci zakładki, dzięki którym podasz w opisach ofert dodatkowe parametry.
W zakładce Ustawienia sprzedaży uzupełnisz:
- dane producenta
- dane osoby odpowiedzialnej za wprowadzenie produktu na rynek europejski.
W poszczególnych ofertach dodasz:
- parametry, które identyfikują produkt
- załączniki.
Dodane przez Ciebie dane wyświetlimy kupującym w sekcjach w opisie oferty.
Informacje w zakładce i w ofertach możesz też uzupełnić przez API Allegro.
