You will soon be able to use a new delivery option for oversized products
On October 7, we will launch a new delivery option for this type of assortment: Allegro XL SUUS Logistics. Consequently, we will also update our Terms & Conditions. Once the service has been launched, we will announce it in the News.
What will Allegro XL SUUS Logistics be
This is a delivery option for products
- heavier than 31.5 kg and
- longer than 150 cm.
As part of it, you can also offer an additional carry-in service, and for products listed in the Electronics category — installation, assembly, or old equipment disposal. The cost of these services is covered by the buyer.
Delivery with the new option will be possible across Poland — within and outside the Smart! service.
How to dispatch parcels
On October 7, you will be able to add the Allegro XL SUUS Logistics option to your shipping price list and enable it in your offers.
- Go to the Delivery Settings tab.
- Create a new custom price list.
- Select the Dispatch to Poland option.
- Choose the Allegro XL SUUS Logistics delivery option.
- Enter the required information (for example, price) and confirm the changes.
You can manage the extra services in the Additional services tab. You can enable them:
- manually or
- automatically — click [enable additional services automation] on the banner.
You will dispatch parcels through our free tool — Ship with Allegro — or by integrating external tools (for example, Baselinker) with the Ship with Allegro API. You can hand parcels over to SUUS Logistics upon courier pick-up.
How much you will pay for delivery with the new option
Fees depend on whether you dispatch products on or without a pallet, as well as on the weight and volume of your shipment.

- Check the prices if you dispatch household appliances, goods without a pallet, or more than one parcel in a single shipment (PDF, 35.9 KB).
How the new delivery option can help your sales
Delivery with Allegro XL SUUS Logistics brings convenience, predictability, and safety for both you and your customers.
- Orders dispatched with the new option can only have a positive effect on your sales quality scores for the On-time dispatch and Fast dispatch metrics. If we rate a given order positively in both metrics — we will award you points in a standard way. If we rate a given order negatively — we will exclude those from these metrics.
- During pick-up, the carrier will collect even a single parcel or pallet from you.
- The buyer will choose the delivery day and time frame.
- The service includes shipment insurance up to 5,000 PLN. You can also use additional protection against damage during the fulfillment of additional services.
- This is one of the Allegro Smart! delivery options — customers do not pay for deliveries and returns. We split the delivery cost of a Smart! delivery in half, between you and us. Meanwhile, the cost of one return per order is fully covered by us.
- You can conveniently settle deliveries with the new option using the Allegro Standard method — directly with us, according to the rates negotiated with the carrier. It means that you do not need an agreement with the carrier.
- Deliveries with Allegro XL SUUS Logistics will not be included in the statistics used to display same-day dispatch time.
