You can submit offers for Allegro Days on allegro.cz and allegro.sk again — we have fixed a technical error
Due to a technical error, we were unable to accept offers for Allegro Days. We have now resolved that issue. Find out more.
What went wrong
Due to a technical error, from Monday, July 21, 2025, we were not accepting offer submissions on allegro.cz and allegro.sk — even if they complied with the published List of goods and the campaign's Terms & Conditions. We are sorry!
What it means for you
Sellers who wanted to submit such offers for the campaign received a message incorrectly stating that:
- they had no offers they could submit and
- the offers were linked to a product in the Catalog that was not on the list of products expected in the campaign.
What we have done
Today, we fixed that error and started accepting offers again for Allegro Days on allegro.cz and allegro.sk.
What you can do now
Check whether we have accepted your offers for the campaign on allegro.cz and allegro.sk. You can do it:
- in the Campaigns and Programs tab — select the Allegro Days campaign with the correct date to view the submitted offers
- through the Allegro API.
If the offers you wanted to submit are not there — submit them again.
