You can now edit the price and number of units in offers more conveniently
We have added a new option to the My Assortment tab — it can streamline how you work with offers. Learn more.
What we have changed
From now on, you do not have to open an additional window and fill out a form to change the price or number of units in an offer. You can do that directly on the list of offers in the My Assortment tab.
All you need to do is click the [change] option — the pencil icon next to the selected value. The field with that value will then become editable. Next to it, you will see two buttons: to quickly confirm or reject the change. Instead of these buttons, you can also use the Enter or Escape keys.
What else you should know
- You can use this new, simplified editing method for quick and simple changes. If you need more settings — for example, if you want to change the price by a specific percentage — click [more edit options]. We will display an additional window where you can make your changes. We will also open it by default if you edit an offer with an active pricing rule.
- In this window, we also automatically detect unusual amounts and display a warning before you confirm the change.
Why we have introduced this change
We collect and analyze data on how sellers use Allegro every day. Thanks to this, we know that in the My Assortment tab, most sellers edit only individual offers, and the most frequently changed values are price and number of units. That is why we have added an option that streamlines these kinds of changes. This way, we can make daily work easier for a large group of sellers.
If you prefer to edit offers in bulk, you can quickly change the number of units with a CSV file. We are working on an option that will also allow you to edit offer prices this way — across all marketplaces.
