You can finish buyer refunds more easily
From now on, you can easily return to managing unfinished refunds. We have also added more information about refund statuses.
What we have changed
We will let you know if you do not complete a refund payment. In the refund form, you will see a message with a [complete the supplementary payment] link that will allow you to finish the payment.
How to do this
Click [complete the supplementary payment].
We will redirect you to the List of payment refunds tab.
- Here, you can check how long we will try to collect funds from your balance.
- If you want, you can make the payment yourself — to do it, click [pay].
What else we have improved
We have also added a timeline to Refund details. Thanks to it, you can check the status of your refund and see if we have already sent the money to the buyer.
Why we are doing it
We are implementing these changes based on seller feedback. We want to make things easier for you when a payment is interrupted. This makes it simpler and faster for you to refund buyers.
