When you ― as a seller ― can remove a bid from an ongoing auction
You can cancel bids in your auctions. There are rules ― specific cases where this is allowed.
You can remove a bid in an ongoing auction only in extraordinary situations
- When an auctioned item has been stolen or destroyed.
- Remember that you, as a seller, are responsible for an auctioned item not being damaged or stolen during an auction. If you secure an item properly, you may avoid problems with honoring an agreement after ending an auction.
- When the bidder asked you to cancel their bid.
- When you do not trust the bidder.
Removed bids are not visible on the offer page. If you want to remove a bid, you need to provide a reason for it every single time. Make sure the reason is described precisely and accurately.
In the following categories, you can remove the bid only on the bidder’s request:
- Fashion > Clothing, Shoes, Accessories > Women's Clothing > Shirts
- Fashion > Clothing, Shoes, Accessories > Women's Clothing > Sweaters
- Fashion > Clothing, Shoes, Accessories > Men's Clothing > Shirts
- Collections and Art > Investment Products

- Collections and Art > Collections > Numismatics.
How to remove a bid
- Open the My Assortment tab.
- Find an auction from which you want to remove a bid.
- Hover over [Actions] to expand the menu and click [Odwołaj oferty] (Remove bids).
- Select which bid you want to remove, enter the reason for it, and click [Odwołaj] (Remove).
You can remove bids at any moment during the auction.
