You can also contact us through Allegro Community. Our moderators look after the community and provide support in specific situations — for example, when you have a transactional or technical problem. You will receive a response quickly.
What you will not find on Allegro Community
Allegro Community contents are public. Everyone can easily find and read them. For that reason, do not provide your personal data. If your issue requires them, for example, you inquire about Allegro Pay payments or want to confirm your identity due to an account block, contact us through another channel. In such a situation, you can use our contact form.
How to sign in to Allegro Community
On Allegro Community, you can browse through threads and articles without signing in — all contents are publicly available. However, if you want to use Allegro Community fully, sign in.
After you sign in, you can:

- rate posts and comments with Kudos.
