We will submit the first report with DAC7 data by the end of January
In line with the changes introduced to the Act of March 9, 2017, on exchange of tax information with other countries (known as DAC7), we are obliged to collect data and submit it to tax authorities every year.
We will submit the first report with DAC7 data to the National Revenue Administration (Krajowa Administracja Skarbowa) by January 31, 2025. It will include data from the following periods:
- January 1 to December 31, 2023, and
- January 1 to December 31, 2024.
We will submit it if the sales on your Allegro accounts in a given calendar year have reached one of the following limits:
- 2000 EUR or
- 30 transactions on Allegro and Allegro Lokalnie.
The report will only include completed transactions. That means if we have granted a transaction rebate (sales commission refund) for a transaction, we will not include it in the report. Before submitting the report, we recalculate the numbers to see if the limits were reached. Example: in 2024, you completed 30 transactions on Allegro Lokalnie. You received a transaction fee refund for 2 transactions. We will not submit a report in such a case.
