We will extend the delivery time for Courier delivery and Courier delivery payment on delivery (POD) options
From December 16, we will not display information about delivery before Christmas for Courier delivery and Courier delivery payment on delivery (POD) options.
You can check the updated information about the delivery time for specific carriers on the dedicated page.
What it means for you
If you enable only those delivery options, on December 16, we will stop displaying information about delivery before Christmas in your offers. Buyers will see December 27 as the earliest predicted delivery time.
Why we are doing it
Due to the pre-Christmas period and an increased number of orders, carriers' delivery time is difficult to predict. This particularly concerns the carriers you cooperate with based on your own agreement. That is why, we will soon stop displaying information about delivery before Christmas in offers with such delivery options. This way your buyers will not receive their orders with a delay.
How this change will affect your sales quality
Extending the estimated delivery time will not affect your results in the My Sales Quality dashboard. That is why, you should dispatch orders according to the declaration to avoid losing points.
