We will change the Allegro Days Terms & Conditions before the end of the year

Why we are changing the Terms & Conditions
We want to revise the Allegro Days Terms & Conditions before the next edition. For that reason, among other things, we will remove outdated information and simplify some provisions. We will also introduce some benefits associated with a temporary promotional campaign.
What exactly we will change
- We will remove provisions related to the additional promotion Get a refund of additional sales commission on Goods in the Allegro Days campaign on allegro.pl. This campaign has already ended.
- For the campaign on allegro.pl, we will change the provision regarding benefits — so that we can compensate you for the entire additional commission from the sale of products in the campaign. That way:
- you will recover 60% of the commission in the form of Feature packages
- we will return 40% of the provision directly to your bank account within your Allegro account.
- We will clarify when we can introduce changes to the List of Goods. We will be able to:
- add products to the List throughout the entire campaign's duration
- remove products from the List only if no seller has yet submitted an offer with that product for the campaign, and only for justified reasons, such as low popularity of the product or low sales potential.
- We will replace the detailed provisions regarding badges for each marketplace with one collective provision that will cover all badges in the campaign. Thanks to this, we will simplify this provision.
- We will remove information about the categories excluded from each marketplace. For the campaign, you can only submit products from the List of Goods. For that reason, the provision regarding categories has no practical application.
- We will make some editorial changes that will not affect how the campaign operates.
