We will automatically try to share the offers you submitted in the foreign marketplaces once you improve your sales quality
You need to have at least a Neutral sales quality level to share offers in foreign marketplaces.
You need to have at least a Neutral sales quality level to share offers in foreign marketplaces. If your sales quality score is lower:
- at the stage of sharing the offer — we reject such an offer and do not display it in the foreign marketplaces
- throughout the duration of the offer — we withdraw the offer from additional marketplaces (if your sales quality level has been below Neutral for 7 days in a row).
How it worked before
Until now, to resume sharing offers in the foreign marketplaces again, you had to:
- improve your sales quality level
- withdraw the offers from the additional marketplaces through the My Assortment tab and submit them again.
How it is now
Every time you improve your sales quality level to make it at least Neutral and maintain it for at least 7 days, we will try to share the offers you submitted in the foreign marketplaces again — as long as they meet the other conditions.
Once we do it — we will inform you about it by email, and you will see the shared offers in the My Assortment tab.
Prices in those offers will be the same as:
- at the moment we hid them — if we had displayed your offers in the foreign marketplaces
- at the moment of submitting your offers for sharing — if we had not displayed your offers in the foreign marketplaces
— unless you have updated the price in a given offer.
If you want to edit or replace the prices in your offers — enable the Price Converter or recalculate them manually.
When we verify whether your offer meets the conditions
Apart from improving the sales quality, we will also verify your offers again every time you:
- submit your offer to be shared in the foreign marketplace
- you relist the offer you shared — automatically or manually
- in the offer you share, you edit, for example:
- product
- category
- price by at least 20%.
If we verify your offer in one of the above cases and it meets the conditions — we will display it in the foreign marketplace.
