We will automatically complete parameters in the Home and Garden category
We will soon introduce changes to the color parameters in the Home and Garden category. That will allow you to describe the color of the products you sell more precisely. Learn more.
If the color parameters contain the following values:
- oranges and reds
- pinks and purples
- beiges and browns
- shades of brown and beige
- shades of gray and silver
- shades of yellow and gold
we will soon add new values to them:
- red
- purple
- brown
- silver
- gold.
In the coming weeks, we will change the values containing 2 colors accordingly:
- from the oranges and reds value, we will create the orange value
- from the pinks and purples value, we will create the pink value
- from the shades of brown and beige and beige and brown values, we will create the beige value
- from the shades of gray and silver value, we will create the gray value
- from the shades of yellow and gold value, we will create the yellow value.
What it means for you
If you want the new values (for example, red, purple, brown, silver, or gold) to be displayed in your offers — add them to your offers within 2 weeks.
If you fail to do that, after 2 weeks, we will display in your offers the following values: orange, pink, beige, gray, or yellow.
What else we will change
In the selected categories from Home and Garden, we will add a new parameter: Supplementary color.
What it means for you
If in the color parameter in your offer:
- there is only one value, for example, white — we will display it in the Color or Main color parameter
- there are two values, for example, white and black — we will display the first one in the Color parameter, and the second one in the Supplementary color parameter
- there are more than two values, for example, white, black, and gold — in the Color parameter, we will display the multicolor value.
If you specify multiple product colors in the offer — edit it right away and select only one color — the main one. That way you will be prepared for the changes in parameters.
