We no longer display the Additional services section
Starting today, the parameters sellers added on their own are no longer visible in offers.
In November 2023, we disabled the possibility of adding new parameters while listing an offer. Now, each product category has specified parameters, and all you need to do is complete their values.
However, we still displayed the Additional services section in offers to which you added your own parameters.
What we have changed
Today, we have stopped displaying the Additional services section. It means that buyers can no longer see your custom parameters.
What it means for you
You do not need to do anything if:
- you do not have such parameters in your offers
- you added such parameters, but you provide the same information they show in another way, for example, in the offer description.
If you want to keep the information expressed by the parameters you added, follow the guidelines.
How to keep the information expressed by the parameters you added
- Check whether the parameters from the Additional services section are available in the listing form. If they are, you can edit your offers and complete parameter values. It will allow buyers to use them to filter the list of offers.
- If you cannot find the parameter you are looking for, you can include the information it expresses in the offer description.
