We introduced changes to the My Sales Quality dashboard
On October 6, we removed certain metrics from the My Sales Quality dashboard, changed the way we calculate points in some of them, and reduced the number of sales quality levels. Check the details below.
What you will gain with those changes
- We simplified the way of calculating and granting points. It makes the metrics less complicated, and gives you a chance to control your scores even better.
- Beginner and occasional sellers will be able to achieve higher scores faster. Now, they only need 1 additional point to reach the Good level. It is because they will start sales with 100 points for sales quality.
- We will no longer deduct points for every first unresolved Discussion from the last 30 days. As a consequence, sellers with a few orders will be able to keep their scores at a good level.
How we changed scoring as of October 6
We reduced the number of sales quality levels
We removed two levels: Super+ and Unacceptable. It means that your sales quality will be at one of 4 levels:
- Super
- Good
- Neutral
- Needs improvement.
The maximum number of points you can get does not change — it is still 500 points. Check the number of points that corresponds to each level.

* In our previous communication, we announced that you achieve the Super level at 301 points. We lowered that threshold by one point.
We removed the Super+ level. Consequently, we changed one of the conditions of the Super Seller program. From today, we check whether your sales quality maintains the Super level for the required number of days.
We grant 100 points to begin with
Whether you list your first offer or you list an offer after taking a longer break from selling (at least 30 days from the end of your last offer), we will grant you:
- 40 points in the Timely responses metric and
- 60 points in the Fast payment refunds metric.
