We have resumed the automatic exclusion of the orders for which the buyer has requested a later dispatch from your statistics

Last week, we informed you about a technical problem — we were unable to automatically exclude the orders for which the buyer requested a later dispatch from your statistics.
Today, we fixed the error. The automatic offer exclusion now works correctly. Thank you for your patience in this situation.
What orders we can exclude automatically
We automatically exclude orders only if they meet all the conditions below:
- they received negative points in the On-time dispatch metric
- they have not been excluded before
- during the purchase, the buyer asked for a later dispatch in the Purchase notes section of the delivery and payment form.
What this means for you
If buyers placed such orders at your store between April 13 and 20, we have already excluded them from:
- your sales quality — from the On-time dispatch and Fast dispatch metrics
- your statistics, based on which we check whether we can display information about the same-day dispatch time in your offers.
We will exclude other orders that meet the conditions above automatically — no later than the day after the estimated delivery date the buyer saw in the offer at the time of purchase.
