We have removed the Delivery and price to be agreed with the seller option
Delivery and price to be agreed with the seller was an option that buyers could use if several of your offers did not have a common delivery option. We displayed it automatically — you could not add it to your shipping price list yourself.
What we changed on March 26
We removed this delivery option. It means that customers can no longer suggest the price of delivery in the delivery and payment form.
What it means for you
- To make shopping easier for your customers, try to enable at least one common delivery option in each of your offers. If you do that, buyers will be able to order products from several of your offers and receive them in one shipment.
- If we cannot offer buyers any delivery option, we will display a message in the delivery and payment form. It will redirect them to details where they can learn what to do in order to finalize their purchases.
- You can still offer the Delivery by the seller option in your shipping price lists. However, we cannot track the orders you dispatch with that delivery option. It means that we automatically exclude them from the following sales quality metrics: On-time dispatch and Fast dispatch.
