We have made managing issuing refunds to buyers more efficient
We have enabled new features that allow you to manage issuing refunds to buyers even more easily.
We have introduced changes to:
- the refund form
- the List of payment refunds in the Sales Center.
From now on, we will automatically suggest the products for which you need to issue a refund in the refund form. We will do that based on the product return form that buyers complete. Depending on what a buyer returns, the form will show:
- all products for the refund — if the buyer returns all the products from the order
- part of the products for the refund — if the buyer returns only some products from the order
- no hint — if you have already ordered a refund or, for other reasons, we are not sure which products you should issue a refund for.
We have also added new filters to the List of payment refunds. They will allow you to easily look up a refund:
- by payment identifier
- that was, for example, ordered automatically.
