We have introduced changes to Allegro Business

What Allegro Business is

It is the version of Allegro dedicated to entrepreneurs. You can access it by signing in to your business account registered with Polish details.

What we have changed

• Allegro Business is available at a new, widely accessible address: business.allegro.pl. Offers are visible to everybody, including people without an Allegro account. It is possible to make a purchase with a regular or business account. In both cases, you can only buy using business details — with an invoice.
• Your offer are only visible if you declare issuing an invoice and — for VAT invoices — if you complete the VAT rate. If your company is located outside Poland, we also check whether your EU VAT number is in the VAT Information Exchange System.
• Customers can see the net price as the main price in the offer. We also display the gross price and the VAT rate based on which the net price is calculated.
• In orders placed by customers from outside Poland, we automatically provide you with information about the buyer’s EU VAT status (based on data from relevant registers). This helps you decide whether to issue a VAT 0% invoice for a given purchase, minimizing the risk of incorrectly documenting (invoicing) such intra-community transactions.
• You can use a separate Message center.
• The My Assortment tab features a new filter, allowing you to easily identify offers also available on Allegro Business.

What you need to know if your business is registered outside Poland

We have introduced a qualification process for offers on business.allegro.pl.

If you use Allegro Ads

Your ads will reach buyers on allegro.pl and business.allegro.pl. You do not have to take any action. We will add the definition of business.allegro.pl to the Allegro Ads Terms & Conditions.

What stays the same

• We do not charge extra fees for using Allegro Business. You can settle with us as usual. In the Settlements with Allegro tab, you can see consolidated fees for the entire Polish marketplace (business.allegro.pl and allegro.pl).
• Just like before, there is one sales commission rate — regardless of whether you sell on Allegro Business or Allegro. We will issue one invoice for our services (allegro.pl and business.allegro.pl).
• We have not changed any options already available on Allegro Business. You can still provide your business customers with convenient tools, such as order discounts, wholesale price lists, visible VAT rates, and net prices.

You can dispatch the Pocztex payment on delivery parcels through Ship with Allegro only with an Allegro agreement

How it worked before

You needed an agreement with the carrier to dispatch the Allegro Pocztex Courier payment on delivery or Allegro Pocztex Pick-up Point payment on delivery parcels through Ship with Allegro. You could add those agreements in the Ship with Allegro Settings — in the Own agreements tab.

What we changed on September 17

You can dispatch parcels using those delivery options through Ship with Allegro based only on the Allegro agreement — using the Allegro Standard method, but without your own agreement. All you need to do is enable those delivery options in your shipping price lists. You can no longer add your own agreements with Poczta Polska to Ship with Allegro. Also, you can no longer use your own agreements that you added there before.

What changes we have postponed to September 24

We will remove the Own agreements tab from the Ship with Allegro Settings together with all of your agreements.

What if you added an agreement with InPost to the Own agreements tab

If you dispatch InPost parcels through Ship with Allegro based on your own agreement with the carrier, on September 24, you will be able to use a new tab: Integration with InPost.

Update: We will enable new delivery options from Poland to Hungary later than originally scheduled

We will enabled new delivery options from Poland to Hungary with DHL.

In offers on allegro.pl and allegro.hu, you will enable two new delivery options:

• Allegro DHL Parcel Lockers Hungary
• Allegro DHL Pickup Hungary.

In offers on allegro.hu, you will enable one new delivery option:

• Allegro DHL Courier Hungary payment on delivery.
