We have updated the offer promotion rules
How it worked before
You needed to meet certain requirements to take advantage of the offer promotion options. One of them concerned the product you wanted to promote — its Condition parameter value had to be New.
What we have changed
We have added two new values of the Condition parameter:
- Digital product
- Collectible / investment product.
It is also possible to promote products with those parameter values.

We have updated the Terms & Conditions of payment operators
What we have changed in the Allegro Finance Terms & Conditions
- We have reorganized the provisions that refer to payout frequency.
- We have introduced unified payout rules for sellers registered outside the EEA, Switzerland, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom who use payment gateways (such as PingPong or Payoneer) — we will convert such payouts into euros.
What changes we have introduced to the Terms & Conditions of all payment operators (PayU, Przelewy24, and Allegro Finance)
We have deleted the provisions referring to the EU's ODR platform, which was discontinued on July 20, 2025.

What changes we have introduced to the Allegro Finance Privacy protection policy
We have provided information about the rules of processing personal data of buyers, sellers, and their creditors. In addition:
- We have added the execution of public authorities' decisions to the list of purposes for processing personal data.
- We have updated the address of the Polish President of the Personal Data Protection Office to which you can file complaints regarding personal data processing.
- We have added information about starting our cooperation with Genesys Cloud Services BV, with its registered office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, with Microsoft Ireland Operations, Ltd, with its registered office in Dublin, Ireland, and with Snowflake Computing Netherlands, B.V., with its registered office in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Basis: expanding the scope of the service to include new features (sub-paragraph 7.1 (c) of the Allegro Finance Terms & Conditions).
