We have enabled new DPD delivery options to Czechia and Slovakia — to pick-up points and parcel lockers
The new DPD delivery options to pick-up points and parcel lockers will allow you to dispatch parcels from Poland to Czechia and Slovakia. You will enable them if you hold a business account. You will dispatch parcels through our free tool — Ship with Allegro. You can also dispatch them by integrating the Ship with Allegro API with external systems, like Baselinker or EasyUploader. You do not need to conclude a separate agreement with the carrier.

We have updated the rules regarding the payout of sales funds on allegro.cz
If you share offers on allegro.cz — we have increased limits for payouts in CZK within the international schedule:
- payouts on the 14th day of the month — from 500 to 5,000 CZK
- daily payouts — from 20,000 to 50,000 CZK.
The new limits apply to all sellers who share offers in the Czech marketplace and use the international payout schedule.
What else we have changed
If, from March 28, you add or change the payout account in Czech korunas to an account operated by a Polish bank (or bank of a country other than Czechia) — you will pay the funds out only with the Currency Converter. There, before the payout, you will convert Czech korunas to your account's currency. For example: you have a bank account in PLN — before you pay out your funds from sales on allegro.cz, you convert CZK to PLN.

- You can set payouts on demand with the Currency Converter in the Funds and Operations history tab — see how to do it.
If, by March 27, you had a Polish account (or account in a country other than Czechia) set for payouts in CZK and, from March 28, you have not changed it, you do not need to use the Currency Converter. You will pay out funds in CZK as usual. Example: you have a Polish bank account that supports CZK. You can still pay out funds in CZK to that account — without using the Currency Converter.
