We have added the Calculated fee for delivery section to the Ship with Allegro form
The new section displays the estimated cost of the parcel you want to dispatch — before you order it. For now, you can only view the delivery costs for parcels you dispatch from Poland.
We have added a new section to the Ship with Allegro form: Calculated fee for delivery. It shows the delivery cost for a given parcel, which we calculate based on the other fields of the form you complete. We also take into account the Allegro Smart! terms.
You can see the estimated cost at the first stage of parcel dispatch. Consequently, it is easier for you to estimate your logistics costs.
What costs you can find in this section
We will display the Calculated fee for delivery section separately for each ordered parcel. In that section, we will display:
- basic fee
- payment on delivery service fee
- surcharges for exceeding dimensions, weight, and additional parcel protection.
- fees for other additional services.
We will calculate the costs in real time — based on the information you provide in the form. For example, if you change the parcel weight from 5 kg to 20 kg — we will update our calculations and show you the delivery cost for the updated weight.
The final cost may differ
The cost displayed in the new section is a prognosis calculated based on the information you provide and the shipping price list for the selected delivery option. If the final parcel weight (factual or dimensional) or dimensions are different, the delivery fee may change. What is more, at the stage of dispatching a parcel, we cannot foresee certain fees, as they depend on the parcel's shape or packaging type, which is confirmed only by the carrier. This applies to services like Non-standard parcel.

Delivery options for which we display the new section
Currently, the Calculated fee for delivery displays the costs for parcels you dispatch from Poland and for orders placed on allegro.pl. We are working to enable this option for other countries of delivery.
If you are dispatching a parcel using a delivery option for which the new feature is not available yet — the Calculated fee for delivery section will show a short message instead of the cost.
