We have added new return reasons for products from selected categories
From now on, buyers can select one of four new reasons for returning clothing or shoes from some categories.

What it means for you
- Accurate feedback — your customers can more accurately indicate why they are returning products they have bought from you.
- Better offer adjustment — you can tailor your offers better thanks to feedback from buyers.
- Reduced number of returns — if you edit offers according to feedback from buyers (for example, by correcting the products' descriptions or size chart), you may reduce the number of returns.
Why we are doing it
We want to make return reasons in selected categories more accurate based on information from buyers. That is why we plan to introduce new, more detailed reasons for a return for other product types in other categories in the coming months. This will help you tailor your offers to your customers' needs even better.
