With this option, you can select the marketplace — Poland (allegro.pl), Czechia (allegro.cz), Slovakia (allegro.sk) or Hungary (allegro.hu). In the Returns Terms tab, you add the key information on returns and complaints. Buyers see it in an offer to which you add the terms. You can create many return terms and add them in selected offers. Before, it was only possible to edit the previously created terms.
From now on, you can use the options:
- Create similar — you can copy the saved terms
- Delete — you will remove the terms you do not want to use in offers.
You can also display all the offers in which you have added specific return terms. Learn more about the new options in the Returns Terms tab.
If you have an active Subscription, you can also use the options we have added in the Returns tab:
- Linked accounts — thanks to that option, you can quickly switch to the Returns tab on your other account
Authorized Users — thanks to that option, you can grant appropriate permissions to, for example, employees. That way, they will be able to:
- check the details of every return
- manage the returns submitted by buyers
- make the following decisions about the return — accept it and refund the buyer or reject it and not refund the buyer.
