What the program is all about
The Verified Program recognizes top sellers who offer refurbished electronic devices and meet high standards for refurbishing equipment. We described these standards in the Verification Guide.
By joining the program, you can boost the visibility of your offers and earn buyers' trust. This may result in higher sales.
Participation in the program is free.
When we will invite you to the program
We invite sellers who meet specific criteria — most importantly, they achieve high sales and turnover levels, and list refurbished electronics.
We may invite you if:
- you hold a business account
- 99% of buyers or more recommend you
- your account has been active for at least 6 months
- in the last 12 months, your account had at least 3,500,000 PLN gross turnover from sales of products with the Condition parameter other than New, in the categories included in the program
- your sales quality level is at least Neutral
- you provide seller's or manufacturer's warranty for products that you list in the following subcategories within Electronics: Smartphones, Tablets, Laptops, Consoles, Headphones, and Smartwatches
- you have no overdue payments
- you meet the requirements for refurbishing electronic products specified in the Verification Guide.
How to join the program once you get an invitation
- If you accept the Terms & Conditions in the Discount Center (you will get the link in your invitation), we will schedule a meeting — to check together whether your refurbishing process meets the requirements in the Verification Guide.
- If necessary, complete the missing warranty information in your offers included in the program. Do it within 14 days of receiving a positive result of the verification mentioned in the point above.
- Within 14 days of the moment you meet all the requirements, we will include your offers in the program, and you will be able to take full advantage of it.
What offers can participate in the program
The Verified Program includes offers:
- with the condition parameter: refurbished by the seller or refurbished by manufacturer
- with at least 12 months' warranty from the seller or manufacturer
- for which you have a device condition report
- listed in the following subcategories:
How you can benefit from the program
- Your offers with refurbished electronics will receive a special badge — indicating that they meet high quality standards and that the seller provides a condition report for the device.
- Your offers will be the first to consider for participation in promotional campaigns involving refurbished electronics.
- If you join the program, for the first 6 months of your participation:
- we will prioritize the inquiries you submit via the contact form — 7 days a week, 24 hours a day
- you will have access to a special helpline, open Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. The helpline consultants will respond to your questions, suggestions, or doubts that concern:
- listing offers
- programs and tools
- fees and transaction rebates
- ratings and reviews
- Allegro rules
- offer descriptions.
