What the service is about
As part of the additional Customer Support service, our advisors answer your customers' pre-sale questions. We support you in handling correspondence regarding your offers in One Fulfillment. You can use this service for free.
How to enable this service
We are introducing this service in stages, which is why it is available to selected sellers.
To join the service:
- Go to the Communication Settings tab
- Click [activate service].
You can also activate the service in the ASN creation summary, in the Messages tab (in the banner over the chat), or when you join the One Fulfillment by Allegro service.
How it works
- Buyer questions regarding offers, products, and orders in One Fulfillment are directed to our team.
- We check product information in offers, on manufacturers' websites, and also — based on the physical products in the warehouse.
- We respond to your buyers in less than 4 hours.
- We will contact you to get the necessary information only if we cannot find the answer in the available sources.
In the Messages tab, you can find all your correspondence. Messages handled by us are marked as Message forwarded to Allegro Warehouse.
