Starting today, you can find a new tab in the Sales Center — My packaging
If you use the Ship with Allegro tool, this change will allow you to dispatch your parcels more quickly and easily.
What the change is all about
We have added a new tab to the Sales Center — My packaging. There, you can save the exact dimensions of the parcels you use to dispatch orders.
You can decide to provide information on packaging or not — it is not obligatory.
How it works
When you add the dimensions, we will use them for automatic hints. Thanks to that, we will be able to suggest you an appropriate parcel size.
How to add dimensions
- Sign in to the Sales Center.
- Open the My packaging tab.
- Click [add first package].
- Provide information about the packaging and confirm by clicking [save].
- Done! To add another packaging, click [add package].
What if you do not provide dimensions
If you do not provide data, you will have to dispatch parcels in the same way as before. The system will still recommend you parcel dimensions, but they might not match your packaging.
Why we are doing it
We want to simplify dispatching parcels and save you time. Instead of all-round suggestions, you will see hints that we prepare based on your data.
