Starting today, you can check how long we will display the information about delivery before Christmas in your offers
From November 28, we are displaying a special banner in the Ordering time settings tab. You can check on the banner how long we will display the information about delivery before Christmas in your offers.
Why it is important
This information helps you prepare better for pre-Christmas sales. If you see in the tab that the latest estimated delivery time before Christmas we will display in your offers is:
- December 17 — you can still extend it to December 23. You just need to:
- set the same-day dispatch time for at least one of the following carriers: InPost, DPD, Allegro One Courier, Orlen, UPS, DHL, and
- meet all the other requirements.
- December 23 — make sure you dispatch orders on the same day the buyer placed them and paid for them. If you fail to do so, it will negatively impact your delivery efficiency statistics. In that case, we might stop displaying the same-day dispatch time in your offers and, as a consequence, shorten the time in which we display information about delivery before Christmas.
