Starting September 10, your parcels to Allegro One Box will be also handled by ORLEN Paczka
From September 10, your parcels to Allegro One Box parcel lockers will be handled by three couriers: DPD, DHL, and ORLEN Paczka. If your warehouse is within the range of Allegro One Courier, they can also be handled by Allegro One Courier.
How to dispatch parcels handled by ORLEN Paczka
- During a free ORLEN Paczka courier pick-up.
- At Allegro One Box parcel lockers.
We will assign the courier to the order automatically — you cannot select one manually. You will find out which courier will collect your parcel in Ship with Allegro. During pickup, check if the parcels are being collected by the right courier.
You can also order fixed pickups by an ORLEN Paczka courier if you plan to hand over at least 5 parcels per pickup.

You will settle these parcels the same way as other parcels to Allegro One Box. Learn more.
How to set the same-day dispatch time
- If you have set the same-day dispatch time for ORLEN Paczka within Allegro Delivery
We will automatically set the same time for the Allegro One (Point, Box) delivery option handled by ORLEN Paczka. If you want to change it — you can do it any time in the Ordering time settings tab.
- If you have not set the same-day dispatch time for ORLEN Paczka within Allegro Delivery
You can set it in the Ordering time settings tab in the Allegro Delivery section, next to the Allegro One (Point, Box) Delivered by ORLEN Paczka delivery option.
Which parcels you can hand over to the ORLEN Paczka courier
An ORLEN Paczka courier can pick up parcels that you dispatch with the following Allegro Delivery options:
- to Allegro One Box, except for DPD and DHL parcels
- Allegro ORLEN Paczka Pick-up Point
- Allegro ORLEN Paczka Parcel Locker.
You can also hand over other parcels handled by ORLEN Paczka, as well as those you dispatch under your own agreement with the carrier.
