Starting May 23, we will automatically label products that come in specified sizes as plus size
If you sell clothing in large sizes, we will complete the Line parameter in the listing form accordingly. Learn more.
You must always provide the product size if you list offers in the Fashion category. You can also complete the Line parameter that specifies the body type.
As we informed earlier, we have been gradually introducing changes to the Line parameter in the Fashion category. Thanks to that, buyers have been able to find offers with plus-size products more easily.
What we will change on May 23
If your product comes in one of the following sizes:
- 3XL or larger
- 90B or larger — if you sell bras
- 36 or larger (waist size) — if you sell jeans
we will automatically set the plus size (large sizes) value for the Line parameter in the listing form.
If your product is a size XXL or smaller, you will not be able to select the plus size (large sizes) value in the Line parameter.
If you list offers through the Allegro API
We will require you to select the plus size (large sizes) value in the Line parameter while completing parameters for products in sizes from the list. You will not be able to select that value for sizes smaller than XXL.
Why we are doing it
This will help buyers find exactly what they are looking for. That is why you should check whether the values you set in the Line parameter are correct. Doing so may increase the chances of your offers reaching the customers.
