Starting December 15, a new operation type will be available in the Funds and Operations history tab
The Funds and Operations history tab contains information about the funds you have earned from sales. See the upcoming changes.
From December 15, 2025, we may display a new operation type — payment reversal — in the Available section.
What this means for you
You will see this operation in the tab if there are incorrectly registered payments for the payment on delivery parcels in your account. In such cases, we will automatically correct your account — and reverse the payment.
Thanks to this, the financial correction will be faster, error-free, and transparent.
We process payment reversals only for the payment on delivery parcels you dispatched within Allegro Standard or Allegro Delivery services using the Ship with Allegro tool.
Why a payment can be registered incorrectly
It may happen if:
- you dispatch payment on delivery parcels for several orders at the same time and provide the order value, for example, on two labels — in that case, we may register the money for the order twice
- the carrier declared that they delivered the parcel — when in fact it was returned to you.
