Ship with Allegro: from now on, you will order shipments and courier pickups separately
On September 10, we have separated ordering shipments from ordering courier pickups in Ship with Allegro. Learn more.
Ordering shipments and pickups in Ship in Allegro will now be quicker and more flexible. This means you will not need to go through the process of ordering a courier every time, but only when you need it.
What we have changed
The Ordered Parcels tab is now called Parcels and Pickups, and is divided into two separate sections:
- Ordered Parcels — just like before, you will find shipment details here.
- Ordered Pickups — here, you will find all courier pickups ordered through Ship with Allegro in the last 180 days.
We have divided the Ship with Allegro shipping form into two separate processes:
- ordering parcels — necessary to get a shipping label
- ordering courier pickups — optional.
Ordering parcels
Once you complete the shipping form, you will see a list of shipments:
- ordered — marked in green, you cannot edit or delete them
- unordered or with errors — marked in red, you can edit or delete them. To do it, use the new option of deleting unordered shipments in bulk.
Once you successfully order all shipments, we will automatically take you to the Summary, where you can download shipping labels.
Ordering courier pickups
From now on, you need to select the chosen parcels to order a courier pickup. You can conveniently do it in bulk and order a courier pickup for multiple parcels at once:
- Go to the Parcels and Pickups tab and select Ordered Parcels.
- Select the chosen parcels and click [order pickup].
This will help you order as many pickups as you really need, and your pickup order will contain all the parcels the courier should collect.
If you need to order a courier pickup for only one shipment — for example, when you only have one order to ship with a given carrier — you can do so immediately after ordering that shipment in the shipping form.
