Sharing receipts with customers has become easier
You can attach the receipt to the order in a new way. You no longer need to email it to the customer or print it and place it in the parcel.
What we have changed
You can provide your customer with the link:
- in the Sales Center — with the Proof of purchase option available in the Orders tab
- via API — by using the appropriate resources.
Your customers will find their receipt in the Purchase History tab. For that reason, you do not need to additionally email it. You can still place printed invoices and receipts in parcels.
How to add a receipt
- Go to the Orders tab.
- Click Proof of purchase.
- Drag the receipt file from your computer or use the Paste a link to the proof of purchase option.
- Done! Your customer sees the sales document in the Purchase History tab.
If you want to use the Paste a link to the proof of purchase option — you can paste the links embedded in specific domains:
- orders.baselinker.com
- hub.eparagony.pl

- aleparagon.pl
- bonito.pl/dokument
- hub.greenpay.pl
- hub.sandbox.eparagony.pl.
