See what will change in the Terms & Conditions of Allegro Days
The new Terms & Conditions will apply from February 23. Check the details.
From February, we will include the Hungarian marketplace in the Terms & Conditions. So far, the Hungarian marketplace has been subject to separate Terms & Conditions. The March edition will be the first one with the same Terms & Conditions for Allegro Days in Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary.
Why we are doing it
We want to unify the rules for all marketplaces. This will allow you to join the campaign in the Polish, Czech, Slovak, and Hungarian marketplaces more easily. If your offer meets the conditions in all of them, you can submit it everywhere at the same time. You can still add offers in each marketplace separately.

What else we will change in the Terms & Conditions
- We will reduce the verification time of your campaign submission. It will take 24 hours instead of 3 days.
- We will specify that, for participation in Allegro Days, we select not only offers but also products from the List of Goods.
- We will explain how we calculate the lowest price for products listed for shorter than 30 days. In this case, we will calculate the lowest price based on its price from the day the offer was first listed.
- We will provide more information on what happens when you lower a price again in the Czech, Slovak, or Hungarian marketplace during the campaign. In such a case, we will display your last price from the campaign as your price before the reduction (crossed out) — as we do in the Polish marketplace. Technical aspects require us to use this solution.
What it means for the Hungarian marketplace
The rules will be the same as in other marketplaces.
- You can resign from Allegro Days at any time — also during a campaign.
- You can submit your offers in the Hungarian marketplace until the last day of a campaign. We will remove the obligation to submit offers at the latest 72 hours before the end of a campaign.
- We will lower the required reduction from 10% to 5%. To join a campaign, reduce the price by at least 5% of the lowest price from the last 30 days.
- To a campaign on allegro.hu, you can submit only those offers in which products are listed in the List of Goods and meet its conditions.
The offer should still be listed for at least 15 days in the Hungarian marketplace.
