How can buyer return goods ?

Buyer can return goods in several ways:
- for free, within Smart (if purchase was also within Allegro Smart)
- buy a paid refund via Allegro.
In these cases, we will provide the seller with a tracking number.
- Buyer can also send goods back on his own and provide the seller with a tracking tracking number .
How quickly should seller return the money to the buyer?

It depends on the reason for the return. In case of:
- cancellation of purchase -- 2 business days
- withdrawal from the contract - 7 calendar days, counted from the date of changing the status of the return shipment to Delivered, but no later than 14 days from the moment seller receives the goods return form from the buyer
- complaint due to a product defect -- immediately.
How much should be refunded to the buyer?

It depends on the reason for returning the item:
a) refund for withdrawal from purchase (also applies to paid and canceled purchase) - seller returns the value of the goods and delivery cost incurred by the buyer (this may be the lowest cost indicated in the price list).
b) refund due to Complaint (product defect) - after a positive consideration of the complaint, seller returns the value of the goods and the costs of delivery, return shipment and any other reasonable costs incurred by the buyer.
If buyer took advantage of the free return within Smart, you do not have to pay the buyer the cost of return shipping, because there was no such cost.
When can seller refuse to accept a return on Allegro?

Seller may refuse to accept the return of certain products.
In the case of a limited refund , these products are:
- sound and visual recordings, computer programs that you receive in a sealed package and open it - for example: you remove the protective foil from a brand new game or a music or film disc
- items that are delivered in a sealed package and which after opening you cannot return for health protection or hygiene reasons - for example: underwear, pregnancy test, electric toothbrush heads, contact lenses, masks
- digital content that is not saved on a tangible medium, if the performance began with your express consent before the deadline for Withdrawal from the contract expires and after entepreneur informs you about the loss of the right to withdraw from the contract - for example, downloading an eBook, a game code
- things that, after delivery, due to their nature, will be permanently combined with other things - for example: car oil that you will pour into the car.
If the right to return is excluded (No Return), these products are:
- products with a short shelf life or those that spoil quickly - for example: cottage cheese, fresh vegetables, plants and seedlings
- newspapers, periodicals or magazines (except subscription contracts)
- services or items whose price or remuneration depends on fluctuations in the financial market, over which entepreneur has no control, and which may occur before the deadline for Withdrawal from the contract - for example, investment products such as: gold bars, gold collector Coins , silver , platinum
- items manufactured to your individual order , according to your guidelines - for example, a T-shirt with a print designed by you
- medicinal products within the meaning of pharmaceutical law, funds for particular nutritional uses and medical devices dispensed from pharmacies - for example: OTC medicines (without a prescription).

Which carrier handles returns to Poland from allegro.cz?
Buyer on allegro.cz can use the return form and send product back to the Polish seller. The return shipment can be sent by:
- for free, as part of the Allegro Smart service
- at your own expense (for example, you may purchase a paid PPL label/code).
If customer from the Czech Republic returns a shipment to Poland, he or she sends it to a PPL point. The PPL carrier then hands over the parcel in Poland to the DHL carrier, who then delivers the return shipment to the seller.
How will I know who sent refund if buyer is from the Czech Republic?
If buyer sent the return shipment with free returns as part of the Smart service or as part of the PPL label purchased by him on Allegro, the parcel number will be provided on the return label.
