Customers interested in products that are Listed in selected categories can also buy insurance for them. The seller therefore does not bear any costs.

Your customers buy insurance via Allegro and Allegro Pay, and the insurance is provided by Sopockie Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń ERGO Hestia (Insurer).

How the buyer can pay for the purchase of insurance
The customer buys the insurance together with the item . He will see the information that insurance is available when he adds the item to the cart and clicks [to checkout] or selects the buy now option. If the buyer has already paid for the item, he will not currently buy insurance for it.
The buyer can choose one of the payment methods in advance:
- Allegro Pay payment
- Bank transfer
- PayU installments
- Payment Card
- BLIK.
When buying insurance, the buyer will not pay:
- cash on delivery (i.e. on delivery)
- with the use of split payment.
The buyer will not pay for the insurance with a gift card or coupon. If he uses them, he will reduce the amount (value) of the item by the value of the coupon or card.
Payment for the item goes to the seller, and for insurance - to the insurer.

In the Emergency Support Option, the Insurer will arrange a repair (in the service or by a specialist) as part of the door-to-door service, i.e. without leaving your home. It will also cover its cost up to PLN 500 (one-off pending the insurance period). If the repair cost is higher, the buyer may pay the difference.
