Problems with finalizing the business account registration process
There may be two problems with confirming or finalizing registration. Check what these problems are, how to avoid them, and what to do when they occur.
If you struggle with confirming or finalizing your registration, check if it is not caused by one of the following reasons:
- 24 hours passed between submitting the registration form and confirming registration. Unconfirmed registration data is deleted from our database after this time. If this is the case — register again.
- You entered a wrong email address at registration (for example, with a typo) — so, you will not receive an email with the confirmation link, as the email cannot reach you. In this case, register once again.
If you cannot finish the registration process for any other reason, contact us and describe the problem in detail, or register again.
