ORLEN Paczka: you can use fixed pickups for a minimum of 5 parcels
Until now, sellers had to hand over at least 10 parcels per pickup to use fixed courier pickups by ORLEN Paczka. From now on, 5 parcels will be enough.
The minimum of 5 parcels applies to ORLEN Paczka pickups from Monday to Friday. If you want to use fixed pickups also on Saturdays, you will still need to hand over at least 10 parcels that day. Learn more.
Fixed courier pickups help you plan dispatch times and, as a result, organize your daily work better and more conveniently.
How to start using fixed pickups by ORLEN Paczka
To order fixed pickups for ORLEN Paczka delivery options:
- Go to this page (available in Polish).
- Enter the postal code from which you want to dispatch parcels.
- Complete the form and provide:
- your Allegro account login
- company name
- Tax Identification Number (NIP)
- company address
- parcel pickup address
- days of the week when you need the courier to collect parcels within fixed pickups
- email address.
After receiving your request, ORLEN Paczka will contact you to confirm the details. You will receive an email confirmation, and the fixed pickups will start on the next working day.
If the fixed pickups have not started yet or on the days without pickups, you can:
- dispatch parcels free of charge at ORLEN PACZKA parcel lockers or pick-up points, or
- order a one-time courier pickup through Ship with Allegro.
