You can dispatch ORLEN Paczka parcels:
- during a free courier pickup
- in ORLEN Paczka dispatch points (page available in Polish) other than Żabka stores.
What you should know
- You cannot use parcel lockers to dispatch ORLEN Paczka parcels with pickup in Żabka.
- If a buyer wants to return their ORLEN Paczka parcel, they can dispatch it in a parcel locker or another pickup point, but not in a Żabka store.
- You can recognize an ORLEN Paczka parcel with pickup in Żabka by the ZAB symbol on the label.
