On April 7, we will add the Allegro DHL delivery options to the Allegro Delivery program

Allegro DHL delivery options in Allegro Delivery
On April 7, we will enable the Allegro DHL delivery options in Allegro Delivery. Until June, we will gradually add them to the shipping price lists of more groups of sellers who enable Allegro Delivery. At the same time, we will add the Allegro Delivery options to the shipping price lists of sellers who enable only the Allegro DHL delivery options.
We will send you a separate message about adding those delivery options to your shipping price lists in advance. However, you do not need to wait — from April 7, you can manually enable the Allegro DHL delivery options in Allegro Delivery or the full Allegro Delivery program in your shipping price lists.
We will add the following Allegro DHL delivery options to Allegro Delivery:
- Allegro DHL Courier
- Allegro DHL Pickup
- Allegro DHL Box 24/7.
During the transition period — until June — you can enable and disable the Allegro DHL delivery options in your shipping price lists regardless of the other Allegro Delivery options. After that, we will enable them in the program permanently.

What prices we will set in your shipping price lists for Allegro Delivery
- If you have set a maximum price for the Allegro Delivery options — we will set maximum delivery prices for all Allegro DHL delivery options within the Allegro Delivery program
- If you have set the price for Allegro Delivery options at 0 PLN — we will set free delivery for all Allegro DHL options within the Allegro Delivery program.
- If your shipping price lists include the Allegro DHL delivery options but do not include Allegro Delivery, we will set maximum delivery prices for all options within the Allegro Delivery program, even if you offer the Allegro DHL delivery options for 0 PLN.
Changes to the Allegro Delivery program from April 7
- We will introduce surcharges for courier deliveries over 10 kg.
- We will change the maximum dimensions of courier deliveries.
- We will expand the list of products you cannot dispatch.

We will expand the list of products you cannot dispatch with:
- perishable products that need to be transported in special conditions
- other pyrotechnic products
- valuables, such as works of art, antiques, numismatics
- cash.
