My Sales Quality: in the New Results tab, we display incomplete data for one of the metrics
In the Timely responses metric, we do not yet include questions buyers asked you using the Ask about purchase option. We will start doing that after June 1.
On April 27, we announced changes that we plan to implement in the My Sales Quality dashboard in July. On that day, we also added the New Results tab to the dashboard. You can use it to check the results calculated for your current activity — but according to the rules that will come into effect in July.
As part of the changes, in the Timely responses metric, we will also include your answers to questions buyers asked you using the Ask about purchase option. Unfortunately, we are not doing this yet — in the New Results tab, we calculate points for this metric without including the Ask about purchase option.
What it means for you
We include these incomplete results from the Timely responses metric in the total score, which indicates your estimated sales quality. This means your total number of points in the New Results tab may not be fully accurate.
What happens next
We will update this data after June 1. We will let you know in the News once we do it. From that day, you will be able to check your total results calculated according to the new rules — also for the Timely responses metric.
