How to withdraw products from the Allegro Warehouse
You can withdraw products from the Allegro Warehouse at any time. Learn how you can do it.
We withdraw products from the Allegro Warehouse:
- at your request — if you contact us and let us know that you want to withdraw a specified group of full-value products
- on our own, if your products stored in the warehouse:
- are not suitable for sale or
- do not meet the criteria specified in the Terms & Conditions, for example, they have been stored for over 180 days, or there are no active offers with them.

How to order the withdrawal of fulfillable products from the warehouse
- Open the My stock tab.
- Click [download list].
- In the file you downloaded, add a column and name it: Removal. Then, next to each row with the product, enter the number of products you want to withdraw.
- Save the file as CSV and send it to zwroty.adamow@allegro.com. In the email, provide the name of the One Fulfillment account you want to withdraw products from.
- Then, we will pack, secure, and forward your products for shipment.
- Once we have shipped the product to you, you will receive a confirmation email. The email will contain the tracking number and information on the number of units of the product we have withdrawn.
You can withdraw products from the Allegro Warehouse anytime.
What unfulfillable products you can withdraw
We withdraw from the Allegro Warehouse products that are unfit for sale, but their condition allows us to send them back to you safely. Those can be products that are:
- fulfillable, with an expiration date shorter than 60 days
- unfulfillable and have been returned by buyers
- unfulfillable — damaged in the warehouse
- unfulfillable — damaged in transport: from the warehouse to the buyer or from the buyer to the warehouse (in the case of returns)
- unfulfillable — with a hidden defect.
How we withdraw unfulfillable products
- We withdraw unfulfillable products at least once a month.
- We send them to the address you provided in your Allegro account in the Address for withdrawals from the Allegro Warehouse tab.
- We send unfulfillable products only to locations within the EU territory. We will dispose of the products if you provide an address outside the EU in the Address for withdrawals from the Allegro Warehouse tab. We will also do it if you do not provide an address for withdrawals on your account.
- We will send you an email once we send the products to you. The email will contain information about the carrier and parcel number. To the message, we will also attach a list of withdrawn products and reasons why they are unfulfillable.
When and how we will charge the fee for withdrawing products
We will charge the fee for withdrawing products from the warehouse for each unit that is:
- unfulfillable and unfit for sale because, for example, it has a hidden defect
- unfulfillable and has been returned by a customer
- fulfillable and has an expiration date shorter than 60 days or you want to withdraw it.
We will charge the fee next Monday after sending the products to the seller. If that Monday is a holiday — we will charge it on the next business day.
We will also add shipping costs to those fees — based on the invoice from the carrier. Shipping costs will depend on the carrier's price list and the weight, volume, type, and value (in the case of insured parcels) of the products we send back to you.
You will pay for withdrawing products according to the pricing list. You will also cover shipment costs from the Allegro Warehouse to the indicated address.
