How to ship abroad with Allegro

With a business account, you can dispatch parcels from Poland to 23 EU member states (except for Cyprus and Malta) with the DPD and DHL courier. If you dispatch parcels to Czechia, you can also do it to Packeta parcel lockers and pick-up points. You just need to use the Ship with Allegro tool. You do not need to conclude an agreement with DPD or DHL — you will settle international shipping directly with us.

By default, international courier shipping will always be possible to Czechia and Slovakia. You can decide which from the other 21 countries of the European Union you want to dispatch your parcels to.

Some areas in those countries ― such as high mountain ranges or islands ― are hard to reach for couriers. That is why we have disabled selected postal codes corresponding to those areas. It means that buyers cannot order delivery there, and you cannot dispatch such parcels.

How to enable international shipping in your offers

1. In the Delivery Settings tab, click [add new price list] or edit an already existing price list.
2. In the Dispatch from Poland (export) tab:
3. select the Allegro DPD Courier and Allegro DHL Courier option in the Dispatch abroad from Poland (Allegro Standard) section — if you want to enable dispatch to countries other than Czechia in Slovakia, select them from the list
4. select the Allegro Dispatch from Poland to Czechia — Packeta Pick-up Point and Allegro Dispatch from Poland to Czechia — Packeta Parcel Lockers delivery options in the Dispatch from Poland to Czechia (Allegro Standard) section.

You can add the international shipping method to multiple price lists.

How to dispatch a parcel abroad

You can dispatch parcels abroad only through Ship with Allegro. You do not need to sign a separate agreement with the carrier.

You can dispatch it from your Allegro account, through the Allegro API, or other integrated systems.

We do not enable ordering a pick-up via Ship with Allegro for Packeta parcels.

Packeta parcels you prepare and dispatch via the Ship with Allegro tool can be handed over at any Poczta Polska office. If you have a contract with Poczta Polska on a fixed courier pick-up, you can hand the parcels to the courier.

No matter how you dispatch your parcels — Poczta Polska will forward them, and Packeta will deliver them to buyers in Czechia.

How much you will pay for international shipping

We will add the delivery cost to your Settlements with Allegro. The fee depends on the delivery option, country you send the parcel to and its real or volume weight (whichever is higher):

• the basic service ― applies to parcels up to 10 kg, it is a fixed fee for a given destination country
• the additional service ― applies to parcels between 10 and 20 kg, as well as between 20 and 31.5 kg. You pay the additional service fee while the buyer pays the basic service fee you have determined on the price list.
