How to prepare a summary of payments, payouts, and refunds — and why it is useful
The summary will be useful, for example, for recording payments from buyers and withdrawals to a bank account. You generate them in the appropriate tab on your Allegro account.
Summaries will help you control and register payments, payouts, and returns. You can also check which payment service provider handled a given transaction.
How to generate a summary
- Open the Funds & Operations history tab.
- Choose the period you want to generate a report for. You can filter the results by, for example, a specific type of operation or transaction currency.
- Click [generate report].
- Finally, choose the report file format and click [generate report].
Depending on which report format you choose, we will send you the report by email in the format you selected. You can choose between the following formats: CSV, XSLX, and PDF. In a CSV file, the characters are encoded in UTF-8, and the field separator is a comma.
What data you can find in the report
It depends on the file format you choose for the report.
CSV and XLSX reports contain the following information:
- date — operation date
- accounting date ― it is displayed only for operations that were withheld to the time of payment ― it is the date when the withheld payment was received
- ID — operation ID
- operation — operation type
- provider ― information about the PSP: PayU, Przelewy24, or Allegro Finance
- buyer ― information about the buyer
- offer ― information about the offer
- delivery ― delivery cost
- amount ― payment amount
- balance ― your PayU, Przelewy24, or Allegro Finance funds after the operation
- operation details — whether the transaction included a payment for Allegro Standard POD parcel.
PDF reports contain the following information:
- date — operation date
- operation — operation type
- login ― information about the buyer
- details ― operation details
- amount ― payment amount
- balance ― funds after the operation within the PayU payment operator service.
How to enable notifications
- Go to the Payout Settings tab.
- In the Notifications section, click [edit notifications].
- In the pop-up window, select which notifications you want to receive from us. Click [save settings] to confirm your choice.
